Cook chicken tenders according to package directions.
While the chicken cooks, combine hot sauce, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Continue stirring occasionally and cook until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Place cooked chicken fingers in a bowl and pour cooled sauce over. Use tongs or forks to coat chicken tenders in sauce. Serve with ranch dressing.
