Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Melt 1 tsp of butter and swirl around pan.
Place sliced bagels cut side down in the pan, off to one side. Let cook for 1 minute.
Crack egg directly into pan. Use spatula to tuck edges in to keep egg from spreading into bagel. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Place ham or bacon into skillet to warm and brown. Carefully flip egg.
Remove bagel to plate. Add cheese on top of bottom bagel slice.
When egg is cooked to desired doneness, remove from pan and place on top of bagel and cheese. Top with Canadian bacon and top bagel piece. Enjoy immediately!
To freeze: Assemble bagel sandwich and allow to cool. Wrap tightly in foil and freeze. To reheat, remove bagel from foil, wrap in a paper towel, and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
