Southern Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1/2 c butter melted
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 1 can rotel

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until completely combined. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, until firm.
