Ingredients

brown sugar
1
c
karo syrup
1
can sweetened condensed milk
1/2
c
butter
4-5
quarts
popped
plain popcorn
Instructions
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil, and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add condensed milk and butter. Return to low heat and stir until mixed. Pour over popcorn in a very large bowl and stir quickly.
