Soft Caramel Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 c karo syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 4-5 quarts popped plain popcorn

Instructions
 

  • Bring sugar and syrup to a boil, and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add condensed milk and butter. Return to low heat and stir until mixed. Pour over popcorn in a very large bowl and stir quickly.
