German (Hootenanny) Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place butter in 9x13 dish. Place in oven and preheat oven to 425. Remove pan from oven when butter is melted.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla. Process until smooth, and pour over melted butter.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and puffy.
  4. Slice and serve immediately with powdered sugar and Buttermilk Syrup
