Caeser Dressing

plain greek yogurt

Homemade Croutons
1
loaf crusty bread
cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes

tbsp
olive oil

Italian seasoning

garlic powder

tsp
salt

pepper
Instructions
Caeser Dressing
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Homemade Croutons
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place bread cubes into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle seasonings on and toss gently until combined.
Spread onto baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, flipping once.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Use immediately or store in a covered container for up to a week.
To assemble salad
Toss lettuce in dressing until evenly coated. Add shaved parmesan and croutons and toss. Top with grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp, if desired.
