Chuy's Creamy Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro tightly packed
  • 1/2 c pickled jalapeño slices with the juice
  • 2-3 limes juiced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender. Blend until smooth. Taste with a chip and add more cilantro, jalapenõ, or lime as desired. Serve as a dip for chips, sauce for any Mexican food, and salad dressing.
