Two Ingredient No Churn Ice Cream

April 29, 2019 by amyreeves24@gmail.com 1 Comment

This 2-ingredient (okay, 4, if you count salt and vanilla) is super easy, crazy delicious, and endlessly customizable! It’s so much fun to think up new flavors, and so easy, you can try a new flavor every week!

I love homemade ice cream. But I hate having to remember to freeze the bowl thing and churn the ice cream and then freeze it until it’s done- I just don’t have my act to   gether enough to do that often.

Enter this no churn, no ice cream maker required ice cream! I’d seen the recipe floating around forever, but I remained skeptical. Sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream somehow become creamy ice cream, with no ice cream maker? It just didn’t seem possible.

But oh, friends, it is SO possible, and it is SO delicious. Straight up vanilla is fantastic, and a perfect accompaniment to hot fudge or any toppings you fancy.

And the options for mix-ins and flavors are limitless! The most delicious experiments of all time. You really can’t go wrong.

I mean, don’t get weird about it, but all the usual ice cream suspects are guaranteed to be delicious.

Just in time for summer! Get to ice creaming!
